By creating an account or topping up your wallet you agree to these terms.

Accounts & subscriptions — We resell third-party AI subscriptions (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and more). The underlying services belong to their providers; we deliver credentials, license keys or upgrades to your account.

Wallet & payments — The wallet is prepaid. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, USDT or Wise are credited in USD after verification. Wallet balance can be spent on any purchase on the site.

Acceptable use — Use purchased accounts for personal or lawful business work only. Sharing credentials publicly, reselling them without permission, or any illegal activity may void the service without refund.

Delivery — Digital deliveries are instant. Login details appear in My Orders the moment the wallet is debited.

Pricing — Prices are in USD and may change as upstream providers update theirs. The BDT view is a convenience conversion only.

Service outages — If an upstream provider suspends or changes a service, we will replace the product or refund the wallet balance for unused time at our discretion.

Liability — Our maximum liability for any claim is the amount you paid for the affected order.

Changes — We may update these terms; continued use of the site means you accept the latest version.
