Refund & Return Policy

Digital goods are delivered instantly, so regular "returns" do not apply — but you are never stuck with a broken purchase.

Automatic refunds — Wallet debit and delivery are atomic. If stock runs out or the order fails, the full amount stays in your balance automatically.

Invalid credentials — If a delivered login or license key does not work, contact support within 48 hours. We will replace it or refund your wallet balance.

Change of mind — Once credentials are delivered and visible in My Orders, the order is final and cannot be refunded.

Deposits — Deposits are non-withdrawable once credited to the wallet; spend them on the site. Duplicate or unverifiable payments are returned via the original method.

How to request — Open the order in My Orders and contact WhatsApp support with the order number. Refunds are processed to the wallet, usually within 24 hours.
